Palus Somni’s exploration continues on their 5th series of 6 sonic rituals, recorded during the full moons of July - December 2014. “Instrument Panels & Controls” introduces a new set of sound sources for the duo - musical instruments. Guitar, keyboards, violin, and percussion are utilized and effected in non-musical ways, with occasional swells of cosmic melody. A total of 17 varied tracks, only available on Bandcamp. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Black Lives Matter.

Blast off on a trip to the moon with Palus Somni on their fourth series of sonic lunar rituals, recorded under the consecutive full moons of January - June 2014. Composed entirely from found sounds, “Le Voyage Dans La Lune” features 14 sound collages evoking a hypnagogia of fragmented memory and absurd fantasy - the mental remains of the world you’ve left behind dissolve into the void of Unknown. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Black Hills Bail Legal Defense Fund.

Lunatics rejoice: the third series from Palus Somni has landed! Recorded under the consecutive full moons of July - December 2013, Maria Lunae delivers twelve long-form improvisations of extreme electronics inspired by the “seas” - or dark spots - of the moon. This series marks a departure from the Earth-bound field recording manipulations of Mappa Sonnitus, and the heavy, meditative drones of Murus Luna Plena, focusing on sound sources of pure electronic input (no microphones were used in this series). The results are explosively dynamic, slipping between harsh cosmic blasts and austere, alien atmospheres, rewarding repeated deep listens. Only available on Bandcamp, for free streaming or cheap download. All proceeds go to ActBlue Community Bail Funds.
